1st day - Japanese ala-carte buffet feast for lunch, roadside chendol and pancakes for tea-time, Teochew-Chinese restaurant for dinner, nightmarket satays and bobochacha for supper.
2nd day - My favourite kopitiam rotiprata, chui-kuey and yam cakes for breakfast, yummy feast whipped up by grandma for lunch, kopi and popiah for tea-time and of course our authentic Pontian wanton mee for dinner.
Every single trip back to Grandma's house in Pontian equates to all these glorious food plus a total weight-gain of at least 2kg. Not to mention the snacks we get fed in between all these proper meals!
